General Services
Do you offer one-time services or only recurring plans?
We offer both. Whether you need a single cleanup or ongoing weekly maintenance, we can tailor a plan that fits your needs.
Are your services available for both residential and commercial properties?
Yes. We work with homeowners, landlords, property managers, and small commercial spaces across the region.
What areas do you service?
We’re based in Cottonwood, CA and serve Anderson, Redding, Red Bluff, and surrounding Northern California communities.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No, as long as we have access to the property. We’ll complete the work and send confirmation when it’s done.
Are your team members insured?
Yes. Our crews are fully insured for your protection and peace of mind.
Lawn Care
How often should I mow my lawn?
That depends on the season and growth rate. For most lawns, we recommend mowing weekly or bi-weekly during the growing season.
Do you remove clippings and debris?
Yes. Every mowing and cleanup service includes full debris removal unless you prefer otherwise.
Can I request a specific mowing style or pattern?
Absolutely. Whether you like diagonal striping, straight rows, or natural cuts, we’ll follow your preferences.
Do you offer seasonal cleanups?
Yes. We provide spring and fall cleanups, including leaf removal, bush trimming, and general yard debris clearing.
Landscaping
Can you help design my landscaping?
Yes. We offer full design services, including layout planning, plant recommendations, and material selection.
Do you install weed barrier fabric?
We do. Landscape fabric is often installed under rock or mulch to help control weeds and improve longevity.
What types of rock do you install?
We work with various rock types including river rock, lava rock, crushed granite, and decorative gravel.
Will I need to maintain my landscape regularly?
That depends on your design choices. We can create low-maintenance options using rock, turf, or native plants.
Irrigation & Drainage
Do you install new irrigation systems?
Yes. We install custom irrigation systems, including sprinklers and drip lines. We also handle system repairs.
What is a French drain, and do I need one?
A French drain is a trench-based drainage system that redirects water away from problem areas. If you have pooling or soggy soil, it may be a good solution.
Can I control my irrigation system from my phone?
Yes. We offer smart irrigation controllers that let you manage your system remotely via app.
Hardscaping
How long do paver patios or walkways last?
With proper installation and minimal maintenance, paver surfaces can last 20+ years.
Do you handle all prep work before installing hardscapes?
Yes. We manage site prep, leveling, base materials, and full cleanup after installation.
Are permits needed for retaining walls?
For small residential walls, usually not. For large or load-bearing walls, we’ll advise if a permit is required and help you through the process.
Installations
What’s the difference between SOD and artificial turf?
SOD is real grass that establishes quickly but requires ongoing watering and mowing. Turf is synthetic, requires less upkeep, and stays green year-round.
How long does artificial turf last?
Most turf products last 15–20 years with minimal upkeep.
How soon can I walk on new SOD?
We recommend waiting 2–3 weeks to allow the roots to establish. Light foot traffic is okay after the first week.

Are estimates really free?
